Qualifications

• The candidate holds a technical bachelor’s degree (EE or Physics) with strong business acumen.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in BD, marketing, and/or sales leadership.
• Understanding CMOS tech, digital/analog design, test electronics, and camera electronics.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Ability to travel globally to pursue business opportunities.
• Ability to present a business plan clearly and effectively.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• U.S. citizen (ITAR) per posting.
• Technical BD or technical sales experience in semiconductors, imaging, photonics, or related fields (3+ years).
• Develop long‑term customer relationships and negotiate successfully.
• Travel 30%–50% to pursue opportunities and manage accounts.
