Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, International Trade or similar (ideal).
• Proven track record as a Sales Manager within Fruit industry.
• Strong experience dealing with major retail chains.
• Deep understanding of fruit marketing and product knowledge.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing and profitability management experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven mindset with resilience under pressure.
• Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented; tech savvy with MS Office (Excel) and ERP tools (NetSuite / iTrade).

Responsibilities

• Execute seasonal sales plans and manage sales rates for preferred customers.
• Facilitate selling fruit into market segments to maximise profit margins.
• Provide actionable market insights and competitor analysis to management.
• Develop new business in market to support OZblu brand growth.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics and manage freight costs for timely deliveries.
• Oversee sales lifecycle in ERP and ensure accurate costing and PO accuracy.
• Act as primary contact for clients, nurture relationships, and collaborate with marketing.
