Job summary

BERRIES NORTHWEST, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Produce Sales Representative to lead sales and business development for our fresh and processed berry operation. The role focuses on growing sales, managing key customer relationships, and developing new markets globally.

The ideal candidate has strong produce industry experience, established customer relationships, and a proven ability to drive profitable sales while leading the sales team across domestic and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of produce sales or related agricultural sales experience.
• Experience selling to large retail accounts is preferred.
• Proven ability to grow sales and manage key customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and produce buyers.
• Develop new domestic and international sales opportunities.
• Sell fresh and processed berry products; negotiate pricing and large-volume contracts.
• Lead and support the sales team; coordinate with shipping, logistics, and quality control teams.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities; monitor margins and profitability.
