Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Senior Director of Accounting in the Detroit area to lead the Americas accounting and controllership organization.

This role oversees the monthly close, SOX controls, and technical accounting policy, while partnering with cross‑functional teams to support a growing $2B revenue base. Ideal candidates will have CPA, 15+ years in financial accounting, Big 4 background, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• 15+ years of progressive financial‑accounting experience.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations.
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting and controllership for the Americas.
• Lead monthly close with FP&A, shared services, and regional finance teams.
• Partner with internal/external auditors to strengthen controls.
• Drive finance transformation and ERP implementations to improve efficiency.
