Job Description:
Salary: $60,245 - $65,000
The ADA Workplace Accommodation Specialist reports to the Executive Director, Equity and Access, and Diversity Education, and works closely with the Director of Human Resources. The specialist is responsible for ensuring equitable access and support for employees with disabilities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other applicable federal and state laws. This role serves point of contact for employees seeking disability-related workplace accommodations and plays a key role helping to coordinate the interactive accommodation process while promoting an inclusive and accessible work environment. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Must be knowledgeable of guidelines for adherence to Title I iDigital Accessibility (Review, determine, support the identification, recommendation, and implementation of workplace accommodation to include digital access and assistive technology solutions to ensure compliance and inclusive workplace practices)
