Position

Title: Senior Analyst

Salary: $20–30 / hour

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain program activities, including leading weekly/monthly health updates with partners and LOBCO partners.
• Analyze upcoming and current BST issues, developing and designing BST compendiums.
• Measure practices and performance of business partners, sharing standard procedures to ensure consistency and success across the organization.
• Ensure integration of various BST initiatives/themes between the 2nd line of defense by supporting self‑monitoring and business management.
• Support business objectives in the United States, including immigration and transformation of business operations.
• Assist in planning and optimizing business processes, including management analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Line of Business Compliance (LOBCO), GCO, GFE and other GCS organization members to ensure compliance with standards, policies and organizational functions.
