Job summary

The Consumer Federation of America (CFA) seeks a full-time Program Manager to grow and implement America Saves programs, with a focus on expanding and modernizing America Saves for Young Workers (ASYW).

This is a two-year, grant-funded position through July 2028. The manager will lead curriculum development, partner engagement, program delivery, evaluation, and communications for ASYW and related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or AFC® is required.
• Two to five plus years of experience in financial education and empowerment, youth education, workforce development, nonprofit programs or related field.
• Strong project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Experience developing educational content, managing partnerships, and coordinating programs.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: acts as primary day-to-day staff lead for America Saves for Young Workers.
• Partner Engagement & Outreach: recruit and engage employers, workforce development organizations, youth programs, and community partners.
• Content & Communications: develop accessible, behavior-based financial education content; support blogs, webinars, videos, toolkits, and communications.
• Evaluation & Reporting: support enrollment, data collection, surveys, track participation and outcomes, collect stories and feedback.
• America Saves Support: assist with planning of America Saves Week and other initiatives.
