Talon.One is seeking an empathetic and proactive AMER TAM Lead to join our team. This hands-on leadership role transitions the AMER Technical Account Management team from reactive to proactive, leading a 9-person group and reporting to the Head of Technical Account Management.

The role is based in New York or Boston and emphasizes trust, mentorship, and scalable processes. You will oversee daily operations, implement proactive systems, and stay versed in REST, SOAP, OAuth, JSON/XML, Swagger,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading TAM or integration teams.
• Experience with API-first platforms and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to establish scalable processes and team efficiency.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the AMER TAM team and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Transition the team to a proactive model with scalable systems.
• Mentor team members in problem-solving, client management, and platform capabilities.
• Establish scalable tooling/workflows to manage growth and workload distribution.
• Stay current on Talon.One platform and API-first capabilities to support critical situations.
• Act as the technical escalation point for regional customer issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Contribute to proactive technical guidance and strategic client engagement programs.
