JLL is seeking a Sourcing Manager with a regional AMER focus to drive comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure value and compliance across the region.

The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cost savings, ESG adherence, and client objectives. You will mentor two regional sourcing managers and partner with account teams on cross-functional projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience in sourcing/procurement.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and procurement software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across AMER.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships and monitor ESG compliance.
• Conduct vendor evaluations, drive savings, and align with region goals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with suppliers.
• Serve as main point of contact for account and client teams.
• Lead procurement digitally via Jaggaer/Aravo and monitor spend/savings.
• Ensure adherence to procurement processes, ESG, and safety standards.
• Directly manage and mentor two regional sourcing managers.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and innovation.
