Job summary
Tripadvisor is seeking a smart Sales Planner to develop strategic media plans for AMER key accounts in a remote-friendly, hybrid role based in New York or Los Angeles. Reporting to the Sales Planning Manager, you will collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Marketing Solutions to optimize campaigns, manage billing reconciliations, and ensure revenue recognition.

Qualifications
- 2-3+ years minimum professional experience in digital media at an agency, client, or publisher.
- Understanding of digital ad formats and trends.
- Proven ability to develop strategic media plans in a B2B environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace with analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class service and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to create strategic media plans.
- Maintain pricing rules while presenting optimized solutions.
- Build media plans and reserve inventory in OMS.
- Generate insertion orders, track pacing, and optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate billing reconciliations with accounting and issue invoices.
- Design strategic custom content media plans with marketing solutions.
