TripAdvisor, Inc. is seeking a Sales Planner to manage and grow Key Account partnerships in AMER. You will develop strategic media plans, collaborate with Sales and Account Managers, and ensure pricing rules and revenue recognition across campaigns.

You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a focus on data-driven planning, systematized processes, and client satisfaction. The role offers remote-friendly collaboration with on-site options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years minimum professional experience in digital media at an agency/client/publisher
• Understands digital concepts and is up to date on emerging ad formats
• Proven track record developing strategic media plans in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams across levels
• Proficient in Excel and GSuite with analytical ability
• Systems knowledge with Salesforce, OMS, DFP, Moat, DoubleVerify, IAS

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class service and solutions
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to develop strategic media plans
• Maintain and enforce business rules and rates while presenting solutions
• Build media plans in OMS and reserve/book inventory
• Generate insertion orders and manage final bookings
• Track weekly delivery pacing and optimize campaigns for revenue recognition
• Revise and optimize live campaigns for delivery and performance
• Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile billing and issue invoices
• Design strategic content media plans with Marketing Solutions while protecting margins
