Job summary

Amazon's Global Design team seeks a creative, results-oriented Design Program Manager to lead the tenant improvement design across the AMER portfolio. You will guide Design Managers, coordinate with DSE & C and RPM teams, and ensure designs align with global guidelines while balancing frugality and creativity.

In this regional role focused on the Americas, you will travel 10–20% and shape strategy, planning and delivery across multiple projects with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across media.
• Experience translating business needs into design solutions.
• Experience analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous improvements.
• 8+ years of design program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Design Managers responsible for tenant improvement projects, including leading the space design based on customer needs and technical requirements.
• Lead strategy, planning and program management sessions for the AMER portfolio.
• Work cross-functionally with regional peers to ensure a consistent experience for customers.
• Collaborate with GREF partner teams to elevate program deliverables and improve workspace quality focusing on resiliency, efficiency, health and safety.
• Routinely connect with external industry bodies to adopt new standards and best practices.
