Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Program Manager to own the operating rhythm for AMER Capacity Delivery. You will run monthly goal reviews, cross-organizational business reviews, and end-to-end headcount planning, partnering with finance and stakeholders to align priorities and drive closure.

You will translate leadership priorities into scalable operating mechanisms, ensure timely decisions, and build narratives for senior audiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience using data/metrics to drive improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Owning and running the monthly goal review mechanisms for the organization.
• Leading the operating cadence of business reviews across the team and organization, including WBRs.
• Managing the headcount planning process end to end with finance and POCs.
• Serving as the connective tissue between leadership, ops, finance, and functions.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring reporting.
• Communicating clearly to executives through high-quality narratives and summaries.
