You will supervise, train, and coordinate service programs, ensuring excellent DOH-compliant operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide a welcoming, professional experience for members and guests.
• Lead and develop staff to maintain high service standards.
• Design and support programming and events aligned with Elite's standards.
• Coordinate administration and reporting between supervisors and building management.
