Delaware North operates the Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, seeking a part-time Amenity Coordinator focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will design personalized amenities, collaborate with Sales, F&B, and Front Office, and craft branded gifts using embroidery tools to delight guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and create unique, personalized guest amenities that reflect The Westin Buffalo's luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Food and Beverage, and Front Office teams to bring VIP experiences, celebrations, and special event amenities to life.
• Utilize embroidery equipment and other customization tools to craft personalized gifts, branded items, and one-of-a-kind guest touches.
• Research, source, and curate specialty products and local artisan items that enhance amenity offerings and showcase the Buffalo community.
• Develop innovative amenity packages, seasonal promotions, and new guest experience concepts that drive guest satisfaction and ancillary revenue.
• Ensure all amenities are thoughtfully assembled, beautifully presented, and delivered accurately and on time for guest arrivals and special occasions.
• Drive a company vehicle to get supplies and equipment as needed.

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a customer-service-focused part-time Amenity Coordinator to join our team at The Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. Working in an exciting, fast-paced environment, you will never have a dull day at work. As an Amenity Coordinator, you will ensure all amenities are thoughtfully assembled, beautifully presented, and delivered accurately and on time for guest arrivals and special occasions.

Pay

$20.00 - $23.00 / hour

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Able to perform long-term standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive moving of items up to 30 pounds.
