Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. The role is on-site with a pay rate of $20/hour and full-time, year-round status. You will maintain guest rooms and shared spaces, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, follow English instructions, and work weekends/holidays as needed. Prior hotel operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep housekeeping carts and supplies stocked and organized for each shift.
• Assist with detailed cleaning assignments and room turnovers while delivering courteous, guest-focused service.

What You’ll Do Includes

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, residences, corridors, and common areas in accordance with resort standards
• Refresh accommodations by replacing linens, restocking guest amenities, and preparing each space for arriving guests
• Identify and communicate maintenance needs, safety concerns, and lost-and-found items through established procedures
• Keep housekeeping carts, storage areas, cleaning tools, and supplies stocked, organized, and ready for each shift
• Assist with detailed cleaning assignments, room turnovers, and additional housekeeping responsibilities while delivering courteous, guest-focused service

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $20/ hr

Schedule: 5 days per week, scheduled days may vary based on business needs

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. Previous housekeeping or hotel operations experience preferred. The role requires the ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Candidates should have knowledge of proper linen handling, waste disposal, safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to operate housekeeping equipment. The ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential. Availability for weekends and holidays is required, along with strong reliability, time management skills, accountability, and a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
