Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a Plan Documentation Specialist to own collection, review, setup and audit of client documents for the transfer of Defined Contribution Plans onto the Pre-Approved recordkeeping platform. The role requires proficiency in plan documents, amendments, asset statements, and ERISA regulations, with strong communication to clients and internal teams.

The specialist will assemble Adoption Agreements, draft Service Agreements, update fund investments, and audit plan

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of Pre-Approved Plan documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment & handle large volume of work in a timely manner.
• Ability to articulate a point of view in a compelling & succinct manner.
• Possess the ability to comprehend and explain technical concepts.
• Strong understanding of ERISA and regulatory issues especially related to 401(k) plans.
• Requires 3-5 years of DC retirement plan experience.
• College Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Own collection, review, setup and audit of client documents for transfer of Defined Contribution Plans.
• Assemble Adoption Agreements and draft Service Agreements.
• Update fund investments and create Greenlight templates.
• Audit Plan setup in Product Central.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, prior recordkeepers, TPAs, Advisors, and clients.
• Explain plan document requirements to clients and internal partners.
