Job summary

Highbrow LLC is seeking a Billing Quality Assurance professional to oversee QA automation, SOX compliance, and audit management. You will maintain an automated system executing 200+ checks, flagging issues, and alerting teams to problems in real time.

Your work will span cross-functional projects, documenting specifications and driving system improvements. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, train junior staff, and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex issues

Job description

Responsible for Billing Quality Assurance, SOX compliance, and audit management.

Designed and developed QA automation system, executing over 200 QA checks, pulling problematic bills, and sending alerts as appropriate. System uses “smart restart” ideology to avoid having to restart from the beginning should a problem arise.

Designed and implemented templated system for automatically identifying and

applying customer credits as part of disaster relief efforts. This allowed customer to receive much needed credits in real-time on their current bills, rather than

waiting for a retroactive adjustment. The system was later expanded to allow for a

variety of on-demand adjustments in real-time improving customer satisfaction.
