Job summary

HP's high-performance workstation sales team seeks a Sales and Technical Consultant to grow AMD-based solutions across the U.S. in the ACS group. This role focuses on attracting new customers, driving growth, and partnering with AMD to enhance HP’s AI compute solutions.

The role requires exceptional technical and business knowledge of AI trends, PC hardware, and AMD platforms, with strong communication and leadership abilities. Expect travel and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in PC client hardware, AI hardware, software and systems.
• Ability to write technical documents and communicate at all levels (audiences vary).
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and partners to deliver solutions.
• Familiarity with AMD platforms and AI/ML concepts is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic customers and partners to understand goals and technical needs.
• Define and deliver HPI and AMD solutions that meet those needs.
• Assist customers and partners through qualification, sales and delivery phases.
• Build internal/external documentation (guides, whitepapers, training collateral).
• Provide customer requirements to AMD/HP product teams to drive improvements.
