Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks an experienced RN for the Ambulatory - Wound Care role at Tradition Hospital in Port St Lucie. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to ambulatory patients, perform assessments, administer treatments, and educate patients and families.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art wound care program, engage in continuous quality improvement, and support leadership development within the department.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required for employment.
• Experience in ambulatory wound care settings preferred.
• Ability to assess health status and develop care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
• Assess health status, perform nursing assessments and triage.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Initiate CPR and other emergency measures as needed.
• Notify physician or LIP of abnormal findings.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Cover other nursing roles within the department.
• Support smooth operation of ambulatory areas.
• Participate in quality initiatives and safety programs.
