Corewell Health is seeking an ACT for the Ambulatory Care setting in Grand Rapids. The position supports Adult Plastic Surgery, Plastic Surgery Residency, General Surgery Residency, and Orthopedic Surgery Residency, working closely with supervising physicians and residents to enhance patient care.

The role involves rooming patients, taking vitals, and assisting in minor procedures, with EPIC In basket tasks and disability paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team member in delivering quality patient care under supervision of a Provider or RN to facilitate clinic flow.
• Room patients, collect vitals, and assist in minor office procedures.
• Perform EPIC In basket work, process FMLA and short-term Disability paperwork, and answer phones.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
