The Portland Clinic in Tigard, OR is seeking an ASC Surgery Scheduler to coordinate preoperative scheduling, work with surgeons and office staff, and maintain accurate patient records.

The role requires CPR certification, strong computer skills, and a commitment to timely, courteous service within clinic policies. Daily duties include clerical tasks and collaboration with the ASC Administrative Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Proficient computer skills and basic office duties.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures using surgeons' requests per clinic policy.
• Assist with preparing paper charts and pre-operative testing as needed.
• Make schedule adjustments and communicate changes to nurses.
• Check in and register patients and assist visitors and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in relevant safety committees.
