Job summary

EyeCare Partners in Wichita, KS seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pre-Op, Post-Op, and PACU teams. This full-time role provides direct patient care in a fast-paced ASC setting, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. You will assess, plan, implement and document nursing care, supervise staff in the operating room, and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, BLS, and state RN licensure. BSN preferred; prior ASC/OR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.
• One year of nursing experience in ASC/OR settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document nursing care per established standards.
• Supervise and direct patient care in a single Operating Room.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient rights.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in QA programs.
• Assist in training new staff and promote a healthy work environment.
