Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ambulatory Surgery unit in Skokie. The role offers day shifts with early start times and requires travel to Evanston, Glenbrook, and Highland Park Hospitals. You will provide nursing care, collaborate with the team, and ensure safe patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with CPR/BLS, and has 6 months of RN experience; BSN is preferred. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

Graduate of state approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
IL RN License and CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 6 months RN experience in a comparable role preferred.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective nursing care on a designated unit.
Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Include patient and family in the plan of care as appropriate.
Maintain regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
Guide unlicensed staff in delivering interdisciplinary care.
Communicate with nurses, physicians, and the healthcare team to ensure outcomes.
