Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, with travel to Evanston, Skokie and Highland Park Hospitals. The part-time position (32 hrs/week) starts shifts from 6a to noon, Monday through Friday.

The role involves independent nursing care, collaborative care planning, and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. Ideal candidates will have an IL RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• IL RN License is required.
• CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• 6 months RN experience in a comparable role is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care for all patient populations on a specific unit.
• Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Involve patients and families in the care plan as appropriate.
• Guide and supervise assigned unlicensed nursing personnel; collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
