Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of accumulated inpatient nursing experience.
• Two years of nursing leadership experience are required.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership across Ambulatory Surgery, PACU and Endoscopy.
• Oversee daily clinical workflow, staff development and compliance.
• Collaborate with CNO, ACNO and Nursing Directors to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in governance, quality improvement, and budgeting activities.
