Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Dallas is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the ambulatory surgery center's clinical departments and drive efficiency and patient satisfaction.

The role reports to the ASC Administrator and requires a Texas RN license, BLS/ACLS, BSN or higher, 5+ years OR/critical care, and 2+ years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• BSN or higher degree is required.
• Current TX Registered Nurse license with active status.
• BLS and ACLS certification current.
• At least five years operating room/critical care experience.
• At least two years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery.
• Excellent command of English, verbal and written.
• Staff Nurse knowledge and abilities required for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center's clinical departments.
• Implement process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Report to the ASC Administrator and collaborate to promote fiscal accountability and policy development.
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety measures, and risk management duties.
• Leverage clinical leadership to enhance patient care and outcomes.
