Job summary

Duly Health Westmont is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead and supervise medical personnel at the ambulatory surgical center. You will be accountable to the CEO for coordination of all medical care and related supporting services, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality patient care.

Requirements include nursing-licensure with a BSN, 5 years of management experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 5 years of management experience.
• ASC management experience is a plus!
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and promote cooperative staff effort.
• Allocate and complete daily operations tasks.
• Interpret departmental philosophy, objectives, policy and procedure.
• Coordinate activity within the OR suite.
• Coordinate materials, supplies, and equipment with the Director of Supply.
• Coordinate with the Chief Executive Officer on responsibilities.
