Compass Surgical Partners is seeking a Director of Nursing for the St. Francis Ambulatory Surgery Center in Midlothian, VA.

You’ll oversee nursing services and clinical operations for outpatient surgeries across 2 operating rooms and 1 procedure room, partnering with the center CEO and physician leaders. We seek an RN with BLS/ACLS, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and 2+ years in nursing leadership, ideally in outpatient surgery, to build a culture of clinical excellence and ensure safe,

Qualificações

• Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 2+ years of nursing leadership, preferably in outpatient surgery.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage nursing and clinical teams.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supply management.
• Collaborate with physicians and administration to support center goals.
• Serve as administrative leader in the Administrator’s absence.
