Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive perioperative nursing experience.
• Minimum three years of perioperative leadership, management, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery strongly preferred.
• Experience with ASC operations, regulatory compliance, or administration strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing clinical operations, staffing, quality, physician relationships, and financial performance

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for the ambulatory surgery program across two locations: The Surgery Center (TSC) and Big Creek Surgery Center (BCSC).
• Translate perioperative strategy into effective day-to-day operations while ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care at both locations.
• Promote an integrated ambulatory surgery program with consistent clinical standards, workforce practices, quality expectations, patient experience, and operational processes.
• Maintain the distinct regulatory, accreditation, governance, and reimbursement requirements applicable to each location.
