Job summary

Southwest General Health Center in Middleburg Heights, OH, seeks an Administrator, Ambulatory Surgery to lead operations across two outpatient centers. This senior role directs perioperative clinical and administrative functions, partnering with leaders to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in perioperative nursing with leadership experience, and holds a RN license in Ohio; CNOR and ASC leadership credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing completed.
• Minimum five years perioperative nursing experience.
• Minimum three years perioperative leadership/management experience.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery and ASC operations preferred.
• BLS, ACLS certifications as appropriate

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for the ambulatory surgery program across two locations.
• Translate perioperative strategy into day-to-day operations while ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Promote integrated ambulatory surgery program with consistent standards, governance and reimbursement requirements across locations.
• Lead staffing, quality, physician relationships, and financial performance in ASC operations
