Texas Children's is seeking an Ambulatory Services Representative II for the Outpatient Autism Clinic. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providers and staff accessing ambulatory clinics, delivering excellent customer service and supporting both in-person and virtual visit processes.

Successful candidates will engage in a healthcare setting and support patient success by guiding them through scheduling, registrations, and per-visit procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of clerical/medical office/business experience, ideally in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service as the first contact for patients, providers and staff accessing ambulatory clinics.
• Orient patients to the virtual visit process when applicable to ensure patient success.
