Job summary

Robert B Green Campus seeks an experienced nurse leader to direct all operations and coordinate provider activities in partnership with the medical dyad. The role includes staffing, budgeting, fiscal planning, equipment decisions and facility development, with daily collaboration among physicians, managers, and senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 5+ years of healthcare management, and knowledge of lean principles; Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in healthcare.
• Lean training preferred.
• Knowledge of personnel, administrative and financial procedures and practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word or comparable programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all operations and coordinates provider activities with the medical dyad.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting, fiscal planning, and equipment purchases/maintenance.
• Leads growth and development of new service lines and facilities.
• Interacts daily with physicians, managers, supervisors, and senior administration.
