Job summary

Conway Regional Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for patients across the continuum—from outpatient to critical care—and to work within the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The Pre-Op, PACU, and general nursing duties require collaboration, vigilance, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, active license to practice in Arkansas required.
• Minimum of two years RN experience required.
• Minimum of two years RN experience in a PACU, ER or Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Op RN duties include starting and monitoring IVs, administering pre-operative meds and performing procedures with anesthesia support.
• PACU RN duties include assessing patients and managing pain, vomiting, and breathing issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide patient education and act as liaison between surgical team and patient families/support system.
