The Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse in an outpatient clinic setting. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care, administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and coordinate care with providers and teams.

Formación

• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the State of Alaska.
• BLS certification is required.
• All area certifications must be obtained within six months of hire.
• Experience with electronic health records and infection prevention is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policy.
• Document assessments and interventions in the electronic health record.
• Provide patient and family education regarding care and discharge needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals.
