Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) in Alaska seeks an Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a busy outpatient clinic. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; administer medications and treatments; perform procedures; and coordinate with providers and the care team to promote safety and positive outcomes.

The role requires an Alaska RN license, an Associate’s degree in Nursing, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska or other U.S. state; Direct Hire must have applied for Alaska license.
• BLS required; Case Management certification preferred.
• Ability to perform and document nursing assessments and plans of care.
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care.
• Implements and evaluates nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Administers medications and treatments safely per provider orders.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
