Formación

• Active District of Columbia RN license or immediate license application
• Minimum of two years of RN experience
• Experience in ambulatory care or care coordination preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, patient-facing nursing care within ambulatory clinics
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff to ensure safe patient care
• Perform nursing assessments including history, symptoms, medications, and condition changes
• Identify changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Support medication management, including reconciliation and patient education
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record and coordinate follow-up care
