Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in NJ or PA required based on primary location.
• Second out-of-state RN license within three months of hire.
• Basic BLS certification (AHA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care and treatment modalities for patients.
• Handles outpatient EMR intake including chief complaint and vitals.
• Assists LIP with procedures and follow-up calls.
• Documents patient education and clinical outcomes per protocol.
• Triages patients and ensures proper communication with the care team.
