MLK Community Healthcare's East Compton Clinic is seeking an experienced RN Ambulatory to lead the care team during daytime hours. The role emphasizes adherence to standards of care, patient safety, and coordination with physicians.

You will supervise staff, manage patient flow, and ensure quality and cost-effective care. Strong communication, bilingual Spanish/English, and knowledge of EMR systems are essential.

Competenze

• BSN preferred; active CA RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year ambulatory or related clinical experience.
