Job summary

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical RN to lead the health care team in outpatient clinics.

You will provide professional nursing care, implement the nursing process, and ensure quality standards across ambulatory services. The role requires California RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with 1+ year of clinical experience, and a bilingual Spanish/English capacity to support diverse patients.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 1 year of clinical experience required
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required
• Strong observation, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Lead health care team; delegate tasks and maintain accountability
• Prioritize and supervise patient care activities
• Ensure care quality complies with Nurse Practice Act and regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and departments to resolve issues
• Resolve patient care issues and improve access and policies
• Monitor budgets, resources and financial performance; suggest improvements
• Supervise equipment, supplies and medications
• Mentor staff and develop competencies of department personnel
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout
