MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles seeks an Ambulatory Clinical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of outpatient clinics and ambulatory services in one or more specialties.

The role supervises staff, ensures high quality patient care in compliance with Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards, and partners with physicians and department leaders to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 yrs of clinical experience in relevant settings.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience in health care.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proficient with EMR, Office software and able to learn new applications.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the operations and delivery of patient care services in assigned area.
• Ensures staff provide high-quality care in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with physicians and departments to resolve patient care issues and improve access.
