Job summary

MLK Community Healthcare's East Compton Clinic seeks an experienced LVN Clinic Supervisor to manage ambulatory operations and patient care across the site. The role reports to the Site Administrator and supports nursing services, safety, and staff development.

You will supervise clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians to resolve patient care issues, while maintaining accurate logs and inventory.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in California and BLS certification.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, ambulatory preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory/lead experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations and delivery of ambulatory patient care.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in clinic operations.
• Coordinate with physicians and departments to resolve patient care issues.
• Monitor medication inventory, logs, and emergency equipment readiness.
