Job summary

MLK Community Healthcare is seeking an RN Ambulatory leader for the East Compton Clinic. The role directs the ambulatory team, ensures high-quality care, and coordinates with physicians and departments to optimize patient flow.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, BLS, and ACLS. Spanish bilingual skills preferred. This is a full-time, day-shift position in Compton, CA with a focus on service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support for Providers (AHA).
• Advanced Life Support certification (ACLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the health care team and delegates tasks.
• Supervises patient care activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensures compliance with Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulations.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with physicians and departments.
• Monitors care delivery and advances patient outcomes across the continuum.
