Job summary

University HealthCare Alliance (UHA), in partnership with Stanford Medicine Partners, seeks an RN II to support ambulatory care. You will room patients, review charts, assist with plan of care, administer medications and vaccines, and contribute to quality measures within a busy clinical setting.

Requires RN licensure, BLS, and 2 years of recent ambulatory care experience. Familiarity with EPIC EMR and clinical procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent clinical experience in ambulatory care is preferred.
• RN license in state or compact state.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for the provider to minimize wait times.
• Review charts and ensure orders and preventive services are up to date in the EPIC environment.
• Assist care team with the plan of care and maintain accurate documentation.
