Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and keeping providers on schedule per standards.
• EPIC environment: review charts, update orders, notify patients of wait times.
• Perform routine and specialized clinical procedures within RN scope and administer meds.
• Communicate updates to patient requests and document accurately by shift end.
• Administrative duties: handle forms, prior authorizations, and in-baskets.
• Maintain exam rooms and infection control, manage supplies and equipment.
