Stanford Medicine Partners in Stanford, CA is seeking an experienced RN II to provide compassionate care within the RN scope and support the medical plan of care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

You will work in an EPIC EMR environment, perform rooming, assist with diagnostic procedures and conscious sedation where applicable, and communicate clearly with patients and providers while ensuring timely documentation and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the state or compact state.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical experience; ambulatory care preferred.
• RN role in ambulatory setting with scope to assist diagnostic tests and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Rooming patients and keeping providers on schedule.
• Reviewing charts in EPIC and updating care plans.
• Assisting with routine and specialty clinical procedures including conscious sedation.
• Administering medications and vaccines per policy.
• Accurate documentation and communication with patients and care team.
• Maintaining infection control and equipment readiness.
