Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners seeks a hands-on Registered Nurse for Nashua West Adult Medicine in Nashua, NH. You will assist providers, room patients, take vitals, triage, call in scripts, and contribute to patient care in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate holds NH RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and prior healthcare experience, with Epic experience considered a plus. Flexible day hours, no weekend shifts, and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing process in person, by telephone, and via telehealth.
• Assess patient needs and plan outcomes.
• Collaborate to design care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and perform point-of-care testing.
• Educate patients on self-management and plan of care.
