Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and maintains required licensure and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care, patient assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure rules.
