Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse (RN) to guide patients through their journey at our partner location in Indiana. You will lead as an SME for one or multiple sites, mentor other RNs, and champion a patient-first culture by empathic care and innovative problem solving.

You will rely on expert EHR use, assist operations leadership with quality improvements, and help with lab work, triage, and coordinating referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for one or multiple sites, training and guiding RNs.
• Lead with empathy to exceed care expectations and solve patient needs.
• Prepare for daily schedules and ensure tasks are resolved by end of shift.
• Act as the first contact for RNs and Medical Assistants on complex questions.
• Manage EHR and clinical equipment; troubleshoot charting issues.
• Support operations leadership with quality training needs.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure proper stocking and cleaning.
• Handle test results routing and medication data collection.
• Room patients, check vitals, and communicate with providers.
• Assist providers with patient procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families.
