Qualifications

• Requires a BSN; MSN preferred or must have if bachelor’s is not in nursing.
• Active RN license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• BLS certification through the AHA.
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department per patient care policies.
• Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
